Video Content Proposal

GOALS

To utilize these short films to promote the organization and advertise the benefits found within the OAPA.
To capture the stories of Physician Assistants all across the state of Ohio.

Purpose

To create high quality promotional films that educate and engage the community to the mission and services of OAPA.

Plan of Action

1. establish vision/Script

Learn more about the mission of OAPA and gain an in depth understanding of the vision for this project. We want to ensure that we capture these stories in a way that effectively communicates the mission of your organization. Create a script/pre-interview questions.

2.Filming timeline

Establish dates, locations for filming (including Columbus, Cincinnati & Cleveland) and the Physician Assistants to be filmed.

3.Edit & complete

Take all captured footage from interviews and create multiple short social media videos/films in different lengths once all filming is complete.

Cost Breakdown:

Filming Full Day Rate | Filming (8 hours) $1600, Two Camera Package $250, Lighting Package $150 | $2000/ per day

Filming Half Day Rate | Filming (4 hours) $800, Two Camera Package $250, Lighting Package $150 | $1200/per day

Travel Expenses | Cleveland $165 / Cincinnati $270 / Columbus $190 | $625/total

Current Proposal is to film at 3 locations for 3 full days with 6 members of OAPA. *Potential to add up to (2) half OR full day shoots, if needed.

Editing Rate | $4,000 (includes 3 revisions) - Main Compilation Film & (6) Interview Edits for Social Media (including 60/30/15 seconds editions)
